SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME
We do our best to process and ship your order within 3-4 days, with delivery taking 4-7 days, depending on your location. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, and we may contact you to verify details before shipping. We’re also happy to track your shipment and assist you with any queries after your order has been dispatched.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (WITHIN INDIA)
- Shipping within India is free on all orders.
- Orders are typically delivered within 2-5 business days, depending on your location.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide to every location permitted by postal and courier services! Your order will be dispatched promptly via FedEx, DHL, Aramex, UPS, or USPS, with an estimated international delivery time of 6 to 10 business days. However, customs procedures can be unpredictable, which may sometimes cause additional delays beyond our control.
For gold and silver jewellery, we take care of all necessary appraisal paperwork to ensure a smooth customs clearance process.
SHIPPING CHARGES
- International shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
- We offer free international shipping on orders of $250 USD or above, provided all products are purchased directly from our webshop.
- This does not apply to custom orders, as bespoke pieces involve higher production costs.
DELAYS & UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
While we strive to ensure timely shipping, rare delays may occur due to government regulations, natural causes, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.
All our parcels are dispatched via air service for faster delivery. However, occasional delays may occur due to courier operational issues, weather disruptions (such as heavy rains), or other circumstances beyond our control.
In such cases, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded due to the delay. We assure you that our team actively follows up with the courier to ensure your parcel reaches you at the earliest possible.
Before your jewellery reaches you, rest assured that each piece undergoes a thorough quality check to maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship and excellence.

PERSONALISED/ CUSTOM ORDERS
As personalised order like monogram cufflinks / brooch / pendant / bracelet are made on order so we don’t any kind of cancellation or refund on it
As a company policy we do not provide refund on any product sold. Once the ETERNO pieces are sold they can be exchanged (if you’ve received a dented product/ manufacturing defect) for replacement or a credit note.
EXCHANGE & RETURNS
We invest a great deal of love and care in the making of each ETERNO piece and each piece is one of a kind. This means your purchase may differ slightly from the image you see on the website, and there may be minor irregularities.
For example, stone shades vary considerably within an acceptable tolerance, an effect which is magnified to different degrees by computer screens.
HOW TO EXCHANGE?
Please read the product description carefully before placing an order as everything is made-to-order and cannot be exchanged.
Nevertheless, if your piece is damaged or incorrect, please send me a photo and request an exchange within 7 days of receipt of the item to hello@eternoindia.com
Cost of the courier sent to us will be borne by you. Cost of shipping the new piece to you will be borne by us

REPAIRS
- We offer repair services for all our products, including replating.
- Please email us at hello@eternoindia.com and we’ll send you an estimate.
- You would need to bear the cost of the repairs and shipping.
