Jewellery becomes dull because of sweat, perfume, dust, and daily wear. The good news? You can clean most pieces at home safely.
For Silver Jewellery :
Silver (92.5 sterling) naturally tarnishes over time. Soak it in lukewarm water with a few drops of mild soap for 5–10 minutes. Gently clean with a soft toothbrush, rinse, and dry completely with a soft cloth. Always ensure it’s fully dry before storing to prevent further tarnish.

For Gold Jewellery :
Gold collects oil and dirt but doesn’t tarnish easily. Clean it with mild soap and lukewarm water, soak briefly, gently brush if needed, rinse, and pat dry. Avoid harsh chemicals or toothpaste as they can scratch the surface.

For Jewellery with Stones :
Diamonds lose sparkle due to oil buildup. Soak in mild soapy lukewarm water for 10 minutes, gently brush around the setting (especially underneath), rinse well, and dry with a lint-free cloth. Be careful around prongs.

🚫 Avoid This :
No toothpaste, no harsh chemicals, no sanitiser cleaning, and don’t spray perfume directly on jewellery.

Pro Tip :
Store pieces separately in soft pouches and keep them away from moisture to maintain shine longer.
